Georgetown Tidal Tales is a local performance-based storytelling nonprofit dedicated to illuminating the history, culture, and community of the Lowcountry. Three times a year, the organization gathers “regular people” from the community to share true, five-minute, personal stories centered around a unique theme. Held at the historic Winyah Auditorium, each live production brings diverse voices together through laughter, memories, and shared experiences. Best of all, Tidal Tales operates with a philanthropic mission: after covering event production costs, 100% of all ticket proceeds are donated back to other local nonprofits serving the Georgetown community.
